Ecowrkz provides premium coworking environments, including hot desks, dedicated desks, private cabins, and virtual office services. These services are subject to availability and the specific membership plan you choose.
Members are expected to maintain professional conduct and respect the shared workspace environment. Use of the premises for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Members are responsible for their personal belongings and equipment while on the premises.
Membership fees are payable in advance according to the chosen billing cycle. Late payments may result in suspension of services. Cancellation policies vary by plan; please refer to your specific member agreement for detailed terms.
Ecowrkz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption. We make no guarantees regarding the continuous availability of specific amenities.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
